Hillmotts Farm Spa is a day spa based in a beautifully converted series of farm buildings near Hillmotts Wood, set in the stunning Buckinghamshire Hills and Valleys of the Chilterns.

Hillmotts specialises in organic and holistic treatments, using products from "The Green People" as well as Jessica products (for nail treatments). They provide a range of aromatherapy based treatments including aromatherapy facial, massages (including hot stone massage), body scrubs and tanning. They also offer manicure or pedicure as well as reflexology and Reiki. In fact the farm is a training centre where you can come to workshops to learn how to practice Reiki yourself as well Yoga, meditiation, baby massage and a range of other courses and training inspired by ancient traditions and what might be called new age spirituality.
