Attached to the Raddison Edward Hotel in Docklands, East River Spa is located just off the River Thames directly across the river from the Dome.

East River Spa offers a wide range of treatments including steam cleansing and various facial and other skin treatments such as coffee, seaweed, mineral and mud wraps. For pure relaxation there are ayurvedic, hot stone and swedish massages and all bookings entitle you to use of other facilities including sauna and steam rooms, various 'sensation' showers and the outstanding relaxation room with it's panoramic view.
